(2) However, as to temporary registration, the Administration may provide 13-610. (A) NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISION OF THIS TITLE, A DEALER (1) ISSUE PERMANENT REGISTRATION PLATES TO THE TRANSFEREE OF (2) CHARGE THE TRANSFEREE OF THE VEHICLE A FEE FOR THE (B) THE ADMINISTRATION (1) GOVERN THE ELECTRONIC TRANSMISSION OF TITLING AND (2) DETERMINE THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL OF THE FEE THAT MAY BE 15-311. (a) A contract for the sale of a vehicle by a dealer shall contain a clear statement (1) The principal amount charged for the vehicle; (2) Any interest charged on the principal amount; [and] (3) ANY FEE CHARGED UNDER § 13-610 OF THIS ARTICLE; AND (4) Any other charge made in connection with the sale of the vehicle. SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved May 27, 1993. - 3085 -
