Administration; requiring the Board to assess certain individuals a fee of not more than
a certain amount after the submission of a certain budget by the Medical and Chirurgical
Faculty to the Board; authorizing the use of certain fees as approved by the Secretary;
requiring the Board to set a certain fee in accordance with a certain budget; requiring the
Legislative Auditor to annually audit certain accounts and transactions of the Medical
and Chirurgical Faculty for the physician rehabilitation program and peer review
activities; authorizing the Secretary of Health and Mental Hygiene to approve the use of
certain fees for a certain program and certain activities; requiring the Executive
Director and Board Chair to be bonded in a certain amount; repealing a certain
termination date regarding the Board of Nursing Fund and, the Board of Physician
Quality Assurance Fund, and certain audit provisions; and generally relating to the
State Board of Physician Quality Assurance.
