[(d)](E) Compensation for the services of an attorney appointed to represent a
child in an action under this subtitle may be assessed by the court against any party or
against a parent of the child.

Chapter 631 of the Acts of 1992         

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1992. [It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and, at the end of June 30,
1993, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall be
abrogated and of no further force and effect.]

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1993.

Interpreters for Deaf Persons - Compensation

FOR the purpose of requiring the providing that certain counties and State agencies may
require that certain costs for interpreters for certain individuals who are deaf to be
paid for by certain counties and State agencies individual's in accordance with the
provisions of the Federal Americans with Disabilities Act.
