1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND

to the Board of County Commissioners and the Treasurer of Prince George's
County; clarifying the responsible entities in connection with alcohol awareness
programs; clarifying provisions relating to certain records and deleting a duplicative
provision on records of licenses; clarifying certain provisions relating to appeals;
defining certain terms; correcting cross-references; deleting a provision on
empowering clerks of court to administer and enforce the provisions of Article 2B of
the Code; deleting obsolete provisions relating to duties of clerks in counties not
having boards of license commissioners; deleting provisions relating to clerks
prescribing the form of certain licenses; deleting provisions relating to filing protests
with clerks; providing for the transfer of certain blank forms and records from the
clerks to certain local officials; providing for the effect of this Act on current
licenses, permits, and certificates; providing for the construction of provisions
relating to the license issuing authority; and making style changes.
