for the structure of the Maryland Insurance Administration; establishing an Insurance
Fraud Division within the Attorney General's office beginning on a certain date; defining
certain terms; specifying the structure, duties, and responsibilities of the Insurance Fraud
Division; continuing the provisions of a certain executive order until a certain date;
providing that certain funds shall be transferred on a certain date; making this Act an
emergency measure; providing for the effective date of this Act under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to insurance fraud, the structure and organization
of the Maryland Insurance Administration, and the regulation of insurance.
