(II) [a fee of] $50 per day, for not more than [fourteen] 14
consecutive days, for any beer, wine and liquor license [, which shall be paid to the Board
of License Commissioners before any such license is issued].

[(2)] (3) (I) [In Allegany County, the] THE Board of License
Commissioners may issue a special permit to holders of Class D beer and Class D beer
and light wine licenses[,] that allows the sale of beer, wine and liquor by the drink for
consumption on the premises.

(II)     A holder of this special permit may continue to sell beer or beer
and wine for consumption on or off the premises, but [he] THE HOLDER may not [(1)]
sell liquor for consumption off the premises, or [(2)] purchase or possess liquor on the
premises in any size container smaller than 23 ounces or 680 milliliters.

(III)   Application for this special permit shall be made not less than 30
days prior to the day on which the permit is to take effect.

(IV)   The annual fee for this special permit is [$500.00] $500.

[(h)](I) (1) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION APPLY ONLY IN [In]
Baltimore County[, the].

(2) THE Board of License Commissioners may issue multiple one-day
alcoholic beverages licenses under this section to any bona fide nonprofit charitable
organization that is tax exempt under § 501(c)(3) or (4) of the United States Internal
Revenue Code.

[(2)] (3) (i) The applicant shall list, on the application for the license, the
dates of the events for which a license is required.

(ii) A multiple one-day alcoholic beverages license issued under this
subsection may not include more than 12 dates.

[(3)] (4) The Board of License Commissioners shall adopt regulations
necessary for the implementation of this subsection.

[(i)] (J) (1) THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SUBSECTION APPLY ONLY IN [In]
Caroline County[, on].

(2)      ON approval of the Board, the Clerk of the Court may grant special
licenses of any class, except manufacturer's and wholesaler's, which entitle the holder to
exercise any of the privileges conferred by the respective classes of licenses at any bona
fide entertainment held or conducted by any club, society, or association.

(3)     The license shall be in the form prescribed by the Board, and the
applicant shall sign and swear to the license.

(4)     The [fee is] FEES ARE:

(I)      $10 per day for any beer license;

(II)     $15 per day for any beer and light wine license; or

(III)   $20 per day for any beer, wine, and liquor license.
