1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (2) The Board may allow an audiologist, hearing aid [dealer] DISPENSER, (i) Recently has become a resident of this State; and (ii) Has an application for a license pending before the Board. 2-302.1. (a) To qualify for a license to provide hearing aid services, an applicant shall be (b) The applicant shall be of good moral character. (c) The applicant shall be at least 18 years old. (d) The applicant shall be a high school graduate or the equivalent. (e) (1) Except as otherwise provided in this subtitle, the applicant shall pass an (2) EXCEPT FOR AN APPLICANT WHO HOLDS A VALID LICENSE TO 2-308.
