SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

2-101.

(c) "Board" means the State Board of Examiners for Audiologists, Hearing Aid
[Dealers] DISPENSERS, and Speech-Language Pathologists.

(f) "Hearing aid [dealer] DISPENSER" means an individual who provides
hearing aid services.

(i) "Licensed hearing aid [dealer] DISPENSER" means, unless the context
requires otherwise, a hearing aid [dealer] DISPENSER who is licensed by the Board to
provide hearing aid services.
