(III) THE [In Howard County such a] license may be issued to a
conference center or to [the] ITS owner or owners [thereof], whether or not operated
for profit, having not less than [seven thousand (7,000)] 7,000 square feet of conference
area with accommodations, equipment, and facilities designed for holding meetings,
seminars and conferences. [The annual fee for such a license shall be seven hundred
($700.00) dollars.]

[(2)] (5) (i)         THERE IS A POLICE OFFICERS' LOCAL AFFILIATE

LICENSE.

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $500.

(III)   THE [A Class C beer, wine and liquor] license may [also] be
issued [in Howard County] to a local affiliate of an international organization of police
officers.

[(ii)](IV) To qualify for the license, a local affiliate shall:

1.       Have at least 100 dues paying members; and

2.       Charge each member at least $15 a month in dues.

[(iii)](V) The local affiliate shall operate the clubhouse where the
license is to be in effect solely for its own members and their guests.

[(iv) The fee for the license is $500 a year.]

[(i)] (P) (1) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN [In] Kent County. [such a]

(2)      THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $500.

(3)      (I) THERE IS AN ORGANIZATION OR CLUB LICENSE.

(II)     THE license may be issued to a bona fide nonprofit organization or
club composed solely of members[, which organization or club]: .

1.       THAT operates solely for the use of its own members and
their guests when accompanied by such members; [provided such club or organization]

2.       THAT meets in a clubhouse that is used for no other purpose;
and

3.        [that such club] THAT has [one hundred] 100 or more bona
fide members paying such dues as were required in the year immediately preceding the
year for which such license is issued.[; except that in the case of]

(III)   FOR clubs composed exclusively of members who served in the
armed forces of the United States, which are affiliated with a national organization,
[such] a license may be issued provided [said] THE club has [fifty] 50 or more bona
fide members paying [such] THE dues [as were] required by its national organization
for the full year immediately preceding the year for which [such] THE license is issued. [;
the annual fee for such a license shall be five hundred dollars ($500.00).]
