(vii) A box lacrosse and indoor soccer ball club, regardless of whether
the club is operated for profit, if the club:

1.       Has at the time of application and continues to maintain
facilities for playing box lacrosse and indoor soccer;

2.       Has 75 or more bona fide members paying dues of not less
than $50 each per year;

3.       Has a facility for preparing food;

4.       Is not located within 300 feet of an existing licensed
establishment; and

5.       Permits the sale of beer, wine, and liquor only from the hours
of 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.

[(h-3)](O) (1) THIS SECTION APPLIES ONLY IN [In] Howard County. [such
a]

(2)      (I) THERE IS A COUNTRY CLUB LICENSE.

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $1,500.

(III)   THE license may be issued to a country club or to [the] ITS owner
or owners [thereof], regardless of whether [said] THE club is operated for profit or
not.[, but provided that said club has] THE CLUB SHALL HAVE a bona fide annual
limited membership and which shall have at the time of issuance of the license a regular
or championship golf course adjacent to the premises for which a license is sought of
[eighteen] 18 holes and other club facilities. [The annual fee for such a license shall be
fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500).]

(3)      (I) THERE IS A VETERANS CLUB LICENSE.

(II)     THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $250.

(III)   THE [In Howard County, such a] license may be issued to a club
composed exclusively of members who served in the armed forces of the United States,
which is affiliated with a national organization, and having [seventy-five] 75 or more
bona fide members paying such dues as required by its national organization IN the year
immediately preceding the year for which [such] THE license is issued. At least
[seventy-five percent (75%)] 75 PERCENT of the members of [such] THE club shall
have resided in Howard County for at least [two] 2 years immediately preceding the date
of application for [said] THE license and [said] THE club shall have maintained a post
in [said] THE county for at least [three] 3 years preceding the date of [said] THE
application. [The annual fee for such a license shall be two hundred and fifty dollars
($250.00).]

(4)      (I) THERE IS A CONFERENCE CENTER LICENSE.
(II) THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $750.
