[(4)](5) Any licensee who holds a Class B beer, wine, and liquor license
under § 19(n)(l) or (2) of this article or a Class B beer and wine license under § 14(n),
and who has been granted an option to the existing license that allows for off-sale liquor
is subject to § 19(n)(3) of this article.

[(5)] (6) A Class A-1 or Class A-2 licensee shall provide a separate outside
entrance for the use of off-sale customers if the majority of the retail sales are of items
other than alcoholic beverages. Additionally, if the business is predominately one of other
types of retail sales, such as drugs or groceries, the alcoholic beverages shall be displayed
and purchased in an area separate and distinct from that of the other retail items. THE
BOARD MAY REQUIRE PARTITIONS [Partitions may be required by the board,] if
deemed conducive to the intent of this paragraph.

[(6)] (7) Any licensee having the off-sale option provided for in this section
shall continually maintain a minimum stock of $8,000 wholesale value in beer, wine, and
liquor.

[(p)](O) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES ONLY IN [In] Howard County.
[there are two Class A licenses:

(1)] (2) [A] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 7 DAY Class A-1 license
is [a seven day license and the annual license fee is] $900.

[(2)] (3) [A] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 6 DAY Class A-2 license
is [a six day license and the annual license fee is] $700.

[(q)](P)     In Kent County the annual LICENSE fee is $1,750.

[(r)] (Q)    This section does not apply in Montgomery County.

[(s)] (R)    In Prince George's County the annual license fee is $750.

[(t)] (S)     In Queen Anne's County the annual license fee is $2,000.

[(u)](T) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES IN [In] St. Mary's County. [there are
2 Class A licenses:

(1)] (2) [A] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 7 DAY Class A-1 license
is [a 7-day license and the annual license fee is] $400.

[(2)] (3) [A] THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE FOR A 6 DAY Class A-2 license
is [a 6-day license and the annual license fee is] $300.

[(v)] (U) This section does not apply in Somerset County.

[(w)](V) (1) In Talbot County this license may not be issued except to grocery
stores, drugstores, incorporated clubs, restaurants and hotels which have been doing
business in the County for more than one year prior to the date of the application for the
license. The annual fee for the license is $1,000.
