599 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1989, as amended by Chapter 405
of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1991

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages
53.
(k) (1) The Prince George's County Board of License Commissioners may not
issue any new Class A beer, wine, and OR liquor licenses THAT HAVE AN OFF-SALE
PRIVILEGE within, or transfer any additional Class A beer, wine, and OR liquor licenses
THAT HAVE AN OFF-SALE PRIVILEGE into the boundaries of the 24th or 25th alcoholic
beverages district:
(1) (I) The 24th alcoholic beverages district consists of Prince George's
County:

Election district 2, precincts 1, 2, and 7;

Election district 13, precincts 1, 2, 3, and 5;

(iii) 3. Election district 18, precincts 4 and 6.
