(iii) The security of all State and county courts and perform such duties
as may be required of them by the courts;

(iv) The transportation of all legally detained persons; [and]

(V) THE ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CASINO NIGHT
PERMITS AS AUTHORIZED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE COUNTY; AND

[(v)] (VI) Neither the Sheriff of Prince George's County nor any of his
deputies shall conduct criminal investigations, except in matters concerning the Sheriff's
department or upon request of the courts, OR AS NECESSARY FOR THE
ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT OF CASINO NIGHT PERMITS AS AUTHORIZED
BY THE COUNTY GOVERNING BODY.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
June October 1, 1993.

Depository Institutions - Compliance Review Committees

FOR the purpose of providing that certain information obtained by certain persons in
reviewing depository institutions is confidential and is not discoverable or
admissible in evidence in any civil action arising out of matters evaluated in the
review; providing an exception certain exceptions; specifying methods that may be
used in reviewing depository institutions; defining certain terms; providing for the
applicability of this Act; providing for the construction of this Act; and generally
relating to the disclosure and use of certain information obtained in connection with
reviews of depository institutions.
