is $200.

[(j-1)] (U) (1) THIS SUBSECTION APPLIES IN [In] Somerset County [there is
a 6 day and a 7 day Class A (off-sale) beer license].

(V) (1) IN TALBOT COUNTY THE ANNUAL LICENSE FEE IS $25.

(2) SECTION 206 OF THIS ARTICLE PERMITS THE TALBOT COUNTY
COUNCIL TO PROVIDE FOR THE RETAIL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE LAWS FOR THE
COUNTY WHICH, IF ENACTED, SUPERSEDE THE PROVISIONS OF THIS ARTICLE.
