1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 635, Acts of 1-992, which repealed former §§
13-506 and 13-507 of the Transportation Article and added new §;§ 13-506
and 13-507.

13-952.

(b) For the issuance of replacement registration plates issued under [§§ 13-613
through 13-619] SUBTITLE 6, PART II of this title, the fee shall be as established by the
Administration.

Article.

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 162, Acts of 1991, which added § 13-619.1 of
the Transportation Article,

16-402.

(a) After the conviction of an individual for a violation of Article 27, § 388 or §
388A of the Code, or of the vehicle laws or regulations of this State or of any local
authority, points shall be assessed against the individual as of the date of violation and as
follows:                                                                                                        

(27) Any violation of § 16-301, § 16-302, § 16-804, or § 16-808(1) .
through [(9)](10) of this title..................................................................................12 points

Occurred: As a result of Ch. 291, Acts of 1989, which added §16-808(10) of
the Transportation Article.

16-808.

A person may not drive a commercial motor vehicle on any highway or any property
specified in § 21-101.1 of this article:

(8)     While the person's driver's license or privilege to drive is revoked by any
other state; [or]

(9)     While the person is disqualified from driving a commercial motor vehicle
in this State or any other state[.]; OR

(10)   Without a valid commercial driver's license in [his] THE PERSON'S
possession.
