Article - Transportation

21-202.

(h) Vehicular traffic facing a steady red signal alone:

(1)     Shall stop at the near side of the intersection:

(i) At a clearly marked stop line;

(ii) If there is no clearly marked stop line, before entering any
crosswalk; or

(iii) If there is no crosswalk, before entering the intersection; and

(2)     Except as provided in subsections (i), (j), and (k) of this section, shall
remain stopped until a signal to proceed is shown.

(i) Unless a sign prohibiting a turn is in place, vehicular traffic facing a steady red
signal, after stopping as required by subsection (h) of this section, cautiously may enter
the intersection and make:

(1)      [a] A right turn; OR

(2)      A LEFT TURN FROM A ONE-WAY STREET ONTO A ONE-WAY STREET.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993 January 1, 1994.

AN ACT concerning

Estates and Trusts - Spouse's Elective Share - Limitations

FOR the purpose of altering the time period during which a surviving spouse may
withdraw an election to take an elective share in an estate so as to make the
withdrawal in accordance with the time requirements for making the prior election;
making certain stylistic changes; and generally relating to the time period for
withdrawing an election to take an elective share in an estate.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
