SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the publishers of the
Annotated Code of Maryland shall delete § 1-302.1 of the Courts and Judicial
Proceedings Article as enacted by this Act from the Annotated Code when it terminates.

SECTION 4. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 1993 and that § 1-302.1 of the Courts Article as enacted by this Act shall
remain effective until it terminates on October 1, 1991.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That, for fiscal year 1994,
notwithstanding any other provision of law, the moneys generated from the additional $5 court

costs imposed under Section 20 of Chapter____ (H.B. 419) of the Acts of the General

Assembly of 1993 shall be transferred to the Judicial Assistance Fund to fund the temporary
assignment of judges under § 1-302 of the Courts and Judicial Proceedings Article.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect June
1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Farm Vehicles - Definitions and Uses

FOR the purpose of altering the definition of the terms "farm vehicle", "farm truck",
"farm truck tractor", and "farm trailer or semitrailer" to include certain vehicles
used by a farmer to haul farm products for another farmer for hire; and generally
relating to the definitions and uses of certain farm vehicles.
