Ch. 214 1993 LAWS OF MARYLAND (B) UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY STATUTE OR REGULATION, A (1) THE SEVERITY OF THE VIOLATION FOR WHICH THE PENALTY IS TO (2) THE GOOD FAITH OF THE VIOLATOR; AND (3) ANY HISTORY OF PRIOR VIOLATIONS
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect Approved May 11, 1993. AN ACT concerning CHAPTER 214 Vehicle Laws - School Vehicles - Speed Limit FOR the purpose of increasing the maximum speed at which a Type I school vehicle BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article - Transportation 21-806. (a) A person may not drive a Type I school vehicle (school bus) at a speed of SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect - 1546 -
