reinstatement of a driver's license or privilege to drive to an obligor after certain
conditions have been met; requiring the Secretary of Human Resources and the
Secretary of Transportation to adopt certain regulations; authorizing a court to
include in any child support order a provision requiring a parent to include a child
on the parent's health insurance policy under certain circumstances; providing that
an order requiring health insurance coverage may be issued separate from or
together with an earnings withholding order; requiring a parent ordered to provide
health insurance to provide certain information to the support enforcement agency;
providing for the service and effect of certain court orders on certain employers;
providing for certain duties of certain employers; establishing liability for certain
employers for violating certain provisions of this Act; establishing procedures to be
followed when health insurance coverage for the child terminates; defining certain
terms; providing for the prospective application of certain provisions of this Act;
making provisions of this Act severable; defining a certain term; and generally
relating to child support.
