SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - Corporations and Associations

(a)     After the Department accepts articles of dissolution for record, the
Department shall publish a notice which names the corporation and states that its articles
of dissolution have been accepted for record by the Department.

(b)     The notice shall be published once a week for four successive weeks in a
newspaper of general circulation in the county in which the principal office of the
corporation is located.

(c)     Failure of the Department to publish the notice does not invalidate the
dissolution.]

SECTION 2, AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1993.

AN ACT concerning

Refusal of Psychiatric Medication - Clinical Review Panel

FOR the purpose of repealing extending the termination of certain provisions of Jaw
relating to the refusal of psychiatric medication; and making this Act an emergency
measure requiring a certain report at a certain time.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Chapter 385 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1991

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1991. [This Act shall remain effective for a period of 2 4 years and at the end of
January 1, 1993 1995, an evaluation report on this Act recommending reestabhshment or
