(2)     Repayments and prepayments of loans made under such programs, both
prior to and after July 1, 1989;

(3)     Moneys transferred to the Fund in accordance with §§ 2-313(j),
2-505(d), 2-708(d), and 2-805(d) of this title; and

(4)     All other moneys referred to in § 2-613(a) of this title which are not
otherwise set forth in this subsection.

[(b) Moneys appropriated by the State for the Program may be appropriated only
up to and including Fiscal Year 1993.]

[(c)] (B) The Department shall use the Homeownership Programs Fund to make
loans and to pay expenses of the Program.

[(d)](C) (1) The State Treasurer shall hold and the State Comptroller shall
account for the Homeownership Programs Fund.

(2) Any repayment of loans from the Fund shall be paid into the Fund.

[(e)](D) At any time following the first 8 months of the fiscal year, the
Department may transfer, subject to the provisions of § 7-209 of the State Finance and
Procurement Article, unencumbered moneys in the Homeownership Programs Fund to
any other fund established under this title.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 1993.
