and the proposed site for the Oncology Center, currently occupied by
the Houck Building, is reviewed by the Maryland Historical Trust

construct, provide construction management services, and equip an

Society to design, construct, and equip improvements at the

plans be approved by the Maryland Historical Trust before the existing
