Communications Services Center and provide a portion of the
funds to design, construct, and equip related improvements,
provided that in undertaking this project, the university's first priority is
fixing and/or replacing the roof............................................................

(C)    Hughes Stadium. Provide a portion of the funds to renovate
Hughes Stadium..................................................................................

(D)    Engineering Building Addition. Design an addition to the
Engineering Building to provide additional classroom, laboratory,
and administrative space....................................................................

(E) Murphy Fine Arts Center. Provide preliminary planning funds to
renovate and expand the existing structure to provide handicapped
accessibility, solve water leakage, upgrade HVAC, reorganize and
provide additional instructional and display space and provide a

(A) Satellite Transmit/Receive System. Replace the satellite
transmit/receive system at the headquarters in Owings Mills

(A)    Patient Care and Support Facilities. Provide a grant to the
University of Maryland Medical System to construct and equip
patient care and support facilities.....................................................

(B)    Rehabilitation Services Facilities. Provide a grant to the University
of Maryland Medical System to design, construct, renovate and
equip facilities to house rehabilitation patient care and associated
support services, provided that:

(1)    The State shall expedite the process for finding an alternative
use, such as State offices, for the existing Montebello Center site;

(2)    Should no alternative use be found within 6 months of
UMMS vacating the facility, UMMS shall expend whatever funds
are necessary for demolition and landscaping of the Montebello
