(A)    Collegiate Athletic Facilities. Design, renovate, construct and
equip improvements to collegiate athletic facilities, subject to the
requirement that the University of Maryland College Park provide
an equal and matching fund from private donors............................

It is the intent of the General Assembly that, after FY 1994, no
additional State funds be provided for this project until the university
raises an additional $4 million in private matching funds over and
above the amount raised as of March 1993.

(B)    Maryland Fire and Rescue Institute Lower Eastern Shore Regional
Training Center. Provide funds for construction and equipment.........

(B) Music/Theater Complex. Prepare preliminary plans to construct a
new complex for music, theater, dance and a performing arts

(A) Marshall Library Renovations. Provide funds for design and
planning to finish the ground floor and renovate the second floor
of Thurgood Marshall Library. The additional space will provide
