Fund may not be expended until the Department of Natural
Resources notifies the budget committees in writing of the
intended use of the funds and the committees review and comment
on the intended use or 45 days elapse from the date the
committees receive the written notification of the intended use of
the funds.

30.01.03                               BOATING ADMINISTRATION

(A)    Waterway Improvement Fund. Provide funds for waterway
improvement projects. The funds appropriated for this purpose
shall be administered as provided by Sections 8-707 through 8-709
of the Natural Resources Article (Statewide)..................................

(B)    Shore Erosion Control Construction Loan Fund. Provide funds to
design and construct shore erosion control measures on public
land. Funds appropriated for this purpose shall be administered as
provided by Sections 8-1001 through 8-1008 of the Natural
Resources Article (Statewide)...........................................................

(A) Shore Erosion Control Fund. Provide funds to design and
construct shore erosion control measures at State parks.
Expenditures for any of the following projects may not exceed the
