such other conditions as may be deemed proper and designated in
the agreement by the District Court judge. A prisoner released
from actual confinement who wilfully fails to return to the
county jail at the time specified in such agreement shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be subject to
the penalties provided for escape in [Article 27, § 139 of this
Code] § 139 OF THIS ARTICLE. A prisoner released from actual
confinement who violates any other condition of such agreement
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be
subject to an additional term of imprisonment in the county jail
of not more than six months.

Error: Obsolete terminology and stylistic error in
Article 27, § 639A(2).

Occurred: Obsolete terminology occurred as a result
of Ch. 401, Acts of 1970, which transferred the
Department of Parole and Probation to the Division of
Parole and Probation within the Department of Public
Safety and Correctional Services. Erroneous
cross-reference occurred in Ch. 181, Acts of 1972.

(c) The administrator may:

(1)  Establish for the rehabilitation and training of
any individual sentenced to imprisonment at any Anne Arundel
County detention facility, any program that enables any prisoner
to:

(i) Attend any vocational or educational
institution in the county;

(ii) Work at gainful private employment in the
county; or

(iii) Participate in any other training or
rehabilitation program in the county;

(2)  Establish eligibility criteria for participation
in any program;

(3)  Release any eligible prisoner from actual
confinement to participate in any program;

(4)  Establish any other training or rehabilitation
program; [and]

(5)  Reduce any participant's sentence 1 day for each
day the participant:
