SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article 2B - Alcoholic Beverages

2.

For the purposes of this article and unless otherwise
required by the context:

(t) "Consumer" means any natural person 21 years old or
[older] OLDER, or any corporation not otherwise interdicted by
this article or any other law of this State, who buys, possesses,
keeps or transports alcoholic beverages upon which the taxes
provided by the tax provisions of this article have been paid,
for his own use and not for sale.

12C.

(b) To qualify for a Class A2 light wine (on- and off-sale)
license, the applicant shall be a holder:

(1)  Of a Class 3 winery [manufacturers]
MANUFACTURER'S license in Baltimore City or a Class 4 limited
winery [manufacturers] MANUFACTURER'S license in Baltimore City;
and

(2)  Who makes and bottles wine made from Maryland
agriculture products.
