WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor                        Ch. 3

[(c)] Every person engaged in the sale of hearing aids on
July 1, 1969, shall be licensed and given a license by the Board
OF EXAMINERS FOR HEARING AID DEALERS without examination, if he
shall present satisfactory evidence to the Board that he is a
person of good moral character, twenty-one years of age or older,
and has been in the practice of selling hearing aids for at least
18 months prior to July 1, 1969, provided the person pays the fee
specified for the license to the Board.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That:
