$135.

(C) SAME -- PROPERTY LINE SURVEYOR LICENSE.

(1)   IF AN INDIVIDUAL HAS FAILED TO RENEW A LICENSE TO

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a)(1) and (3), (b)(l)(ii) and
(2)(ii) and (iii), and (c)(1) and (2)(ii) and (iii) of
this section are new language derived without
substantive change from the first clause of former
Art. 56, § 336(a), the first clause of (b)(1), and the
seventh, ninth, and tenth sentences of (c) and, as it
related to payment of fees to the Board, the first
sentence of § 334(a).

Subsections (a)(2), (b)(2)(i), and (c)(2)(i) of this
section are standard language added to state expressly
that which only was implied in the former law -- i.e.,
an individual must comply with the renewal
requirements of this title before the Board may
reinstate an expired license.

Subsection (b)(1)(i) of this section is new language

added to state expressly the Board's alternative to

reinstating a license that has expired for more than 2

years. Note that subsection (c)(1) of this section

does not provide a similar alternative for a license

to practice property line surveying. Former Art. 56,
§ 336(b)(2) -- now § 15-302 of this subtitle --
