(1) IF AN INDIVIDUAL HAS FAILED TO RENEW A LICENSE TO (2) THE BOARD MAY REINSTATE A LICENSE UNDER PARAGRAPH (I) MEETS THE RENEWAL REQUIREMENTS OF § 15-314 (II) IF REQUIRED BY THE BOARD, STATES REASONS (III) PAYS TO THE BOARD A REINSTATEMENT FEE OF REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a)(1) and (3), (b)(l)(ii) and Subsections (a)(2), (b)(2)(i), and (c)(2)(i) of this Subsection (b)(1)(i) of this section is new language added to state expressly the Board's alternative to reinstating a license that has expired for more than 2 years. Note that subsection (c)(1) of this section does not provide a similar alternative for a license to practice property line surveying. Former Art. 56, - 704 -
