(2) THE BOARD WILL ISSUE A LICENSE TO THE APPLICANT,
ON RECEIPT OF A LICENSE FEE OF:

(I)  $30 FOR A LICENSE TO PRACTICE LAND
SURVEYING; AND

(II)  $20 FOR A LICENSE TO PRACTICE PROPERTY
LINE SURVEYING.

(B)   ISSUANCE.

ON PAYMENT OF THE APPROPRIATE LICENSE FEE, THE BOARD SHALL
ISSUE A LICENSE TO EACH APPLICANT WHO MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF
THIS SUBTITLE.

(C)  CONTENTS.

THE BOARD SHALL INCLUDE ON EACH LICENSE THAT THE BOARD
ISSUES:

(1)  THE FULL NAME OF THE LICENSEE;

(2)  THE REGISTRATION NUMBER ASSIGNED BY THE BOARD TO
THE LICENSEE; AND

(3)  THE SIGNATURES OF THE CHAIRMAN AND SECRETARY OF
THE BOARD, UNDER SEAL OF THE BOARD.

(D)  REPLACEMENT OF LICENSE CERTIFICATE.

SUBJECT TO ANY REGULATION THAT THE BOARD ADOPTS, IT SHALL
REPLACE ANY LOST, MUTILATED, OR DESTROYED LICENSE CERTIFICATE ON:

(1)  REQUEST OF THE LICENSEE; AND

(2)  PAYMENT OF THE REPLACEMENT FEE SET BY THE BOARD,
NOT EXCEEDING $35.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsection (a)(1) of this section is new
language added to state expressly that the Board must
give notice to qualified applicants. This addition
conforms to the practice of the Board.

Subsection (a)(2) of this section is new language
derived without substantive change from the third
clause of former Art. 56, § 336(a) and the third
clause of (b)(1) and, as it related to payment of fees
to the Board, the first sentence of § 334(a) and
rephrased as part of the notice requirement.

Subsection (b) of this section is new language derived
without substantive change from the first sentence of
former Art. 56, § 338(a).
