2.  THE DATE BY WHICH THE BOARD MUST
RECEIVE THE RENEWAL APPLICATION FOR THE RENEWAL TO BE ISSUED AND
MAILED BEFORE THE LICENSE EXPIRES; AND

3.  THE AMOUNT OF THE RENEWAL FEE.

(2) THE FAILURE OF A LICENSEE TO RECEIVE THE NOTICE
FOR WHICH THIS SUBSECTION PROVIDES DOES NOT PREVENT THE LICENSE
FROM EXPIRING AS SPECIFIED UNDER SUBSECTION (A) OF THIS SECTION.

(C)  APPLICATIONS FOR RENEWAL.

BEFORE A LICENSE EXPIRES, THE LICENSEE PERIODICALLY MAY
RENEW IT FOR AN ADDITIONAL 2-YEAR TERM, IF THE LICENSEE:

(1)  OTHERWISE IS ENTITLED TO BE LICENSED;

(2)  PAYS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL FEE OF $20; AND

(3)  SUBMITS TO THE BOARD A RENEWAL APPLICATION ON THE
FORM THAT THE BOARD PROVIDES.

(D)   ISSUANCE OF RENEWAL.

(1)  THE BOARD SHALL RENEW THE LICENSE OF AND ISSUE A
RENEWAL CERTIFICATE TO EACH LICENSEE WHO MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS
OF THIS SECTION.

(2)  THE BOARD SHALL INCLUDE ON EACH RENEWAL
CERTIFICATE THAT THE BOARD ISSUES:

(I)  THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE
EXPIRES; AND

(II)  THE SIGNATURES OF THE CHAIRMAN AND
SECRETARY OF THE BOARD, UNDER SEAL OF THE BOARD.

REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a), (b)(1)(ii)l and 3 and (2),
(c)(2), and (d) of this section are new language
derived without substantive change from the second
clause of former Art. 75 1/2, § 8(c), the first
through sixth sentences of § 13(b) and, as it related
to payment of fees to the Board, the first sentence of
§ 9.

Subsections (b)(1)(i) and (c)(3) of this section are
new language added to state expressly that which only
was implied in the former law -- i.e., applications
for renewal may be made only on the form that the
Board provides.

Subsection (b)(1)(ii)2 of this section is new language
added to conform to the practice of the Board and to
