WHEREAS, the Wicomico County Council deems it advisable to
amend the aforesaid Chapter and Sections of the Wicomico County
Code, in order to better comply with the standards established by
the State of Maryland Department of Health and Mental Hygiene,
and to better provide for the health, safety and welfare of the
citizens of Wicomico County;
