AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the
purpose of

allowing lots in RE-2 Zone to front on a private
cul-de-sac subject to Planning Board approval.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

Division 59-C-l                     "Residential Zones, One-Family"

Section 59-C-l.32 "Development Standards"

Section 59-C-l.34.1 "Lots fronting on private

cul-de-sacs in RE-2 Zone"

AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance to

(1)     provide that a building permit may only be issued
that conforms to the uses and amount of development
for which the adequacy of public facilities is
[[determined by the Planning Board]] in accordance
with certain laws; and

(2)     provide a certain effective date.

By amending the following sections of the Montgomery County
Zoning Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
