Bill No. 72

AN ACT amending Section 18.101 "Metropolitan District
created; petitions to enlarge; plats" of the Howard County Code
to clarify language, amend procedures, and establish that
property designated "No Planned Service Area" of the Master Plan
for Water and Sewerage is ineligible for inclusion in the
Metropolitan District; and amending Section 18.125 "Removal of
parcel(s) from the Metropolitan District" to clarify procedures.

Effective Date March 6, 1989.

Bill No. 75

AN ACT amending Section 22.600 "Fee Schedule and Collection"
of the Howard County Code in order to provide that application
fees for new or re-funded industrial development revenue bonds or
Maryland Industrial Development Financing Authority loans or
bonds shall be set by resolution of the County Council.

Effective Date March 6, 1989.

AN ACT to add Section 18.124 (eD) to Title 18, "Public
Works" of the Howard County Code to incorporate into the
Metropolitan District certain parcel(s) in Columbia belonging to
Leland and Marietta Orr.
