HARFORD COUNTY
Commissions, of Chapter 9, Boards, Commissions, Councils and
Agencies, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to alter the
land acquisition power of the Citizens Nursing Home Board; to
alter the procedure by which the Board may receive appropriations
from the county; to clarify the voting rights of Board members;
to update the law governing the Board; and generally relating to
the Citizens Nursing Home Board.
Effective Date August 2, 1988.

Section 267-4, heading, Definitions, of Part 1, heading,
Standards, of Article I, heading, General Provisions, of Chapter
267, heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to
provide for terms and definitions relating to critical areas in
the County.
Effective Date June 24, 1988.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact, with amendments,
Subsection D(2)(d) of Section 267-41, heading, Special Overlay
Districts, of Part 1, heading, Standards, of Article VI, heading,
District Regulations, of Chapter 267, heading, Zoning, of the
Harford County Code, as amended; to provide that County law be
consistent with State Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas laws and
regulations.
Effective Date June 24, 1988.

Chesapeake Bay Critical Area Overlay District, to Part 1,
heading, Standards, of Article VI, heading, District Regulations,

amended; to provide that County law be consistent with State
Chesapeake Bay Critical Areas laws and regulations.
