Subparagraph (5) and (7) of Subsection C, heading, Use
Limitations, of Section 267-26, heading, Accessory Uses and
Structures, of Chapter 267, heading, Zoning, of the Harford
County code, as amended; to provide new setback requirements for
certain accessory uses and structures, including agricultural
detached accessory structures; residential; townhouses and zero
lot line dwellings; businesses and other accessory structures.

AN EMERGENCY ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Subsection C (1), heading, Exceptions and Modifications to
Minimum Yard Requirements, of Section 267-23, heading, Yards, of
Chapter 267, heading, Zoning, of the Harford County Code, as
amended; to provide additional exceptions and modifications to
minimum parcel requirements; to amend and provide additional
minimum encroachment dimensions for certain structures.

Effective Date May 26, 1988.

AN ACT to add new Subsection C to Section 225-10, heading,
Road Names, of Article III, General Regulations, of Chapter 225,
heading, Streets, Sidewalks and Public Works, all of the Harford
County Code, as amended; and to change the name of Wendover Road
to Falls Crest Drive.

Effective Date July 11, 1988.
