AN ACT concerning

Chesapeake Bay Critical Area - Interim Controls

FOR the purpose of accomplishing an orderly repeal of the
interim controls in order to provide for the enactment of the
local Critical Area program and the zoning map changes; providing
certain legislative finding of fact; providing new definitions
for critical area and resource conservation; providing for the
repeal of portions of the interim development controls; providing
the repeal of the official interim map of the critical area;
providing for limits on development activities; and repealing
certain provisions which will be covered under the local Critical
Area program.
