(d), and 4-109(c)

AN ORDINANCE concerning

Small Business Loan Fund

FOR the purpose of clarifying the funding of the Small
Business Loan Fund.

WHEREAS, the Small Business Loan Fund was established by
Bill No. 4-86 to make loans to businesses under the Small
Business Loan Program administered by the Office of Economic
Development; and

WHEREAS, Bill No. 4-86 provided for the payment of a certain
fee at closing on an industrial revenue bond and for the deposit
of all fees collected to the Small Business Loan Fund; and
