Resolution No. R-9-87

THIS RESOLUTION of the Town Council of the Town of Somerset
is adopted pursuant to the requirements of Maryland law, Article
23A, Section 14. This resolution will set the date for the
referendum election at which a proposed Charter Amendment
changing the boundaries of the Town of Somerset will be submitted
to the voters of the Town of Somerset.

amendments.

CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 2-88

Resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Somerset
adopted pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the
Annotated Code of Maryland to amend Section 83-41 of the Charter
of the Town of Somerset as it appears in the Montgomery County
Code (1972) so as to change the date of the presentation of the
five-year fiscal plan from the month of February to the month of
March.
