MUNICIPAL CHARTERS

southerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known
as the "Rose-North Park Drive Annexation", bounded on the north
by other lands of Michael P. Rose; bounded on the east by
Schumaker Lane; bounded on the south by the Corporate Limit on
North Park Drive; bounded on the west by the land of Ralph E.
Hoag.

[Pursuant to Section(s) SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of
Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date July 7, 1988]

RESOLUTION NO. 321

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the easterly
Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Aydelotte Farm Annexation", bounded on the north in part by
Middle Neck Branch and in part by the land of Delmarva
Evangelistic Church, the land of Orville J. Outten, the land of
Bernard Archambeault, the land of J. Bruce Williams, the land of
Douglas F. Schamburg, the land of Paul A. Ennis, and the
Nottingham Woods Subdivision, bounded on the east by Kathleen's
Delight Subdivision, and Parkhurst Manor Subdivision, bounded on
the south in part by the land of George R. Farlow, the land of W.
Richard Toadvine and in part by Peggy Branch.

[Pursuant to Section(s) SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of
Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

Effective Date July 7, 1988]

RESOLUTION NO. 323

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the westerly
Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as the
"Williams-Paglierani Annexation", on the Southwesterly side of
and binding upon Parsons Road; bounded in part on the north and
south by Pemberton Drive.
