RESOLUTION NO. 318
A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
southeasterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be
known as the "Schumaker Manor Annexation", bounded on the north
and the east by Highland Park Subdivision; bounded on the south
by the lands of Clifford Smith and the lands of Roger Webster;
bounded on the west by the lands of Madalyn R. Carey and the
lands of the Wicomico County Board of Education.
[Pursuant to Section(s) SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of
Salisbury, Wicomico County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition).

A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury
proposing the annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain
area of land situated contiguous to and binding upon the
southeasterly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be
known as the "Schumaker Properties Annexation", bounded on the
north by North Schumaker Drive; bounded on the east by the lands
of Harry Carlisle; bounded on the south by Schumaker Pond;
bounded on the west by Schumaker Woods Subdivision.
