OF GAITHERSBURG TO AMEND SEC. 57 OF THE

CITY CHARTER TO INCREASE THE PERMISSIBLE

EXPENDITURE AMOUNTS BY THE CITY MANAGER

WITHOUT THE NECESSITY OF COMPETITIVE BIDDING

OR RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL AND TO

PROVIDE FOR EMERGENCY EXPENDITURES IN

CASES OF DECLARED PUBLIC EMERGENCY

[Section 57 of the Charter of the City of Gaithersburg,
Montgomery County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.

OF THE CAPITAL BELTWAY AND LANDOVER ROAD.
