CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 89-1

CHARTER AMENDMENT - ADOPTION OF NEW CHARTER

FOR the purpose of repealing the Charter of the Town of

Church Hill and adopting a new Charter for the municipal

corporation known as the Town of Church Hill to stand in the
place of the Charter so repealed.

[Section(s) 4-1 through 4-85 of the Charter of the Town of
Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed.

Section(s) 101 through 1106 of the Charter of the Town of
Church Hill, Queen Anne's County, as found in the compilation of
Municipal Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), added.

Effective Date April 11, 1989]

Charter Amendment Resolution No. 1-88

Resolution of the Council of Clear Spring, Maryland, adopted
pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of
the State of Maryland and Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 edition, as amended), title:
"Corporations-Municipal," to repeal and re-enact the Charter of
said Town of Clear Spring as set forth in Chapter 6, Sections 6-1
to 6-19 inclusive, of the Washington County Code, (Everstine's
1970 edition), title, "Code of Public Local Laws of Washington
County, Maryland," the said Sections being the Charter of the
Town of Clear Spring.
