CHARTER AMENDMENT NO. 12

Enactment of an Amendment to the Charter of the Town of
Bladensburg, Article III, "Registration and Elections", Section
C3-8, "Candidate Certificates".

RESOLUTION of the Council of the Town of Bladensburg to
provide for an Amendment to the Charter of the Town of
Bladensburg by changing the current candidate filing of
certificates with the Town Supervisor of Elections from "at least
(15) days prior to the election" to "at least 45 days prior to
the election".

[Section 308 of the Charter of the Town of Bladensburg,
Prince George's County, as found in the compilation of Municipal
Charters of Maryland (1983 Edition), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments.
