(3)  The members of the Commission shall serve through
the culmination of the international commemoration in 1993.
However, the Governor may remove a member for any cause
adversely affecting the member's ability or willingness to
perform his or her duties.

(4)  The Governor shall appoint co-chairmen for the
Commission.

(5)  Commission procedures.

(a)  A majority of the Commission's members
shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of any
business.

(b)  The Commission may adopt such other
procedures necessary to ensure the orderly transaction of
business.

(6)  Commission expenses.

(a)  The members of the Commission may not
receive compensation for their services.

(b)  The members may be reimbursed for their
reasonable expenses incurred in the performance of their
duties, in accordance with the standard travel regulations,
and as provided in the State budget.

(7)  As provided in the State budget, the Secretary of
Economic and Employment Development shall provide staff
support necessary for the completion of the Commission's
duties.

C. Duties and Responsibilities of the Commission. The
Commission shall have the following responsibilities and
duties:

(1) The Commission shall work in tandem with Columbus
