VETOES

FOR the purpose of requiring the Board of Public Works to provide
that the principal on certain State bonds be repaid in equal
installments a certain manner; providing for certain
exceptions; defining a certain term; requiring a certain
review under certain circumstances; making the provisions of
this Act severable; and generally relating to the repayment
of certain State bonds.

BY repealing and reenacting, without amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

Article - State Finance and Procurement

8-120.

By resolution, the Board may provide that the State bonds
authorized by an enabling act:

(1)  be in 1 or more series;

(2)  bear a certain date of issue;
