WILLIAM DONALD SCHAEFER, Governor
composed of 10 12 members, appointed by the Governor as follows:

(1)     2 representatives of the Maryland Farm Bureau, Incorporated;

(2)     1 representative of the State Department of Agriculture;

(3)     1 representative of the Department of the Environment;

(4)     2 representatives of the Maryland Municipal League;

(5)     2 representatives of the Maryland Association of Counties;

(6)     1 representative of the Maryland Agricultural Land Preservation
Foundation; and

(7)     1 representative of the Maryland Environmental Service; and be it further

(8)     1 representative of the Department of State Planning; and

(9)     1 representative of a local, bicounty, or regional water and sewer agency;
and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Governor appoint a chairperson from among the members of
the Task Force; and be it further

RESOLVED, That the Task Force submit its report to the Governor and General
Assembly by December 31, 1989; and be it further

RESOLVED, That staff for the Task Force be provided jointly by the State
Department of Agriculture and Department of the Environment; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be forwarded by the Department of
