(Senate Bill 444)

AN ACT concerning

Income Tax - Military Retirement Income

FOR the purpose of providing, for Maryland income tax purposes, a
subtraction from federal adjusted gross income for a certain
portion of the military retirement income of certain
individuals whose military retirement federal adjusted gross
income does not exceed a certain amount for each taxable
year; making part of this Act contingent on the passage of
another Act; and providing for the application of this Act.
