AN ACT concerning

Pensions - Expense Fund

FOR the purpose of authorizing the Board of Trustees to make
allocations to the expense fund for the amounts necessary to
procure and retain investment management services and real
estate investment management services; altering the formula
for the allocation of funds for investment management
services, real estate investment management services,, and
administration expenses; and requiring annual reporting of
such allocations to the General Assembly; providing for the
termination of this Act; and generally relating to the
expense funds of the several retirement and pension systems
of the State of Maryland.
