(2)  "County share" means the minimum amount of money
to be provided each year to a community college by the county
that supports the community college or, in the case of a regional
community college, the total amount of money to be provided each
year to the regional community college by all counties that
support the regional community college.

(3) "Annual grant factor" means the values indicated
for the following fiscal years for the purpose of calculating the
annual grant:

(i) For fiscal year 1989, 1.027; and

(ii) For fiscal year 1990 and each subsequent
fiscal year, [1.066] 1.193.

(3) "ANNUAL GRANT FACTOR" MEANS 1.193 FOR THE PURPOSE
OF CALCULATING THE ANNUAL GRANT.

(4) "Per pupil grant amount" means the dollar values
indicated for the following fiscal years for the purpose of
calculating the State share:

(i) For fiscal year 1989, $500; and

(ii) For fiscal year 1990 and each subsequent
fiscal year, [$519] $582.

(4) "PER PUPIL GRANT AMOUNT" MEANS $582 FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CALCULATING THE STATE SHARE.

(5)   "State share" means the amount of money to be
provided each year to a community college by the State.

(6) "Supplemental funding escalator" means the values

indicated for the following fiscal years for purposes of

calculating supplemental funding:

(i) For fiscal year 1989, 1.000; and

(ii) For fiscal year 1990 and each subsequent
fiscal year, [1.038] 1.167.

(6) "SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING ESCALATOR" MEANS 1.167 FOR
THE PURPOSE OF CALCULATING SUPPLEMENTAL FUNDING.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1989.
